Standard delivery is 24 hours. With the Express add-on (₹499) we deliver within 12 hours. Both timelines start once you send us all your details and photos on WhatsApp.

Yes — every template supports custom couple photos (gallery of up to 12) and most support background music. Just send the files in your WhatsApp chat and we'll integrate them.

Do you offer refunds if I don't like it?

If the delivered invite doesn't match the chosen template, we'll revise it for free. If you're still unhappy after a revision, we offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery. We want you to feel confident ordering.

Is the wedding link permanent? Will it work after the wedding?

Your invitestory.in link stays live for 1 year by default — long enough for any guests who couldn't attend to revisit later. We can extend it for an additional year for ₹199 if you'd like to keep the memories.
